Keeping Up with the Chaos – A Little Update from the Bungalow

Hello everyone!

I know I’ve been a little quiet on the blog lately, and I just wanted to pop in with a little update. Life has been incredibly busy here in the bungalow, and like so many workplaces, short staffing has added to the pressure. That means longer days, extra tiredness, and on top of that, my health hasn’t been the best. Most days, I’ve been coming in from work, eating, and then heading straight to bed!

Despite the madness, I have managed to squeeze in a little creativity on the occasional weekend. If you’ve seen my Easter Wax Melt Scoopies, you’ll know they’ve been incredibly popular! These were so much fun to make, and I think they turned out beautifully. It’s always lovely to see people enjoying them as much as I enjoyed making them.

I’ve also been trialing some wax slabs for special events and occasions like weddings, birthdays and new baby arrivals. The small slabs come presented on a mini easel, which I think looks fab, and the larger slabs include a mini wooden mallet to break them up. I’ve already sold a few, so I’m hopeful they will do well!

Another project I’m still working on is my rosebud candle. If you know anything about candle making, you’ll understand that perfecting a candle takes time, especially when it comes to achieving a great hot and cold scent throw. I won’t sell them until I’m 100% happy with the results, but we’re definitely getting there!

I hope you’re all doing well, and I truly appreciate your continued support. Don’t forget to join my Facebook group, V Meche, to stay up to date with all my latest creations.

Much love,
Lyn xx
